The graduate corporate coaching option is designed for young and aspiring leaders and is an affordable coaching model for those with limited resources.

We schedule one online group session monthly for six months, where we cover a different theme each month. Some of the themes we cover are:

What is the duration of an executive coaching programme?
The duration of the programmes we offer is generally 6 months, as we schedule one session monthly. It can be done over 4 or 5 months, but not less. It is important to leave time in between coaching sessions to integrate the changes brought forth thereby.
Do we meet face-to-face or online?
Nowadays, most sessions are held online as many of our clients are not local and because of Covid-19. We do, however, continue to meet some clients face-to-face and ensure that everyone involved follows all relevant health protocols.
What leadership assessments do you offer?
One of the assessments we offer measures the chemistry of wellness and performance of an individual. It helps us to understand the state of the person at work and how it has a direct impact on the performance of the individual. This is a PNI online diagnostic based on Psycho-neuro-immunology.
The second assessment we offer provides a unique and powerful insight of an individual by measuring motivational and attitudinal patterns that exist at the unconscious level. This is called an iWAM assessment.
What is Psycho-neuro-immunology?
Psychoneuroimmunology, or PNI, is composed of three elements: psychology, neurology, and immunology.

- Psychology relates to the mental and emotional state of a person.

- Neurology relates to the anatomy and functions of the nervous system.

- Immunology relates to the branch of biology that covers the study of the immune system.

In other words, Psychoneuroimmunology is the science that demonstrates how the state of a person affects their neurology, which itself has an impact on their immune system. We can also describe Psychoneuroimmunology as the science behind the chemistry of the brain that describes the body and mind connection.

How much does it cost?
The Bespoke executive coaching model is the Silver Line programme that requires the highest investment, followed by the Themed corporate coaching model. One of our goals at Silver Line is to enable young aspiring leaders to empower themselves, thus we designed the graduate corporate coaching model for those with limited resources.

SME coaching, leadership assessments, workshops, and retreats are priced depending on the number of people involved and the duration of the intervention.
