Pascale McKeever
Pascale McKeever is the Founder of Silver Line Corporate Coaching.
She has over 25 years experience managing large transformation programmes for top-tier clients worldwide. Over the years she has been naturally leading and coaching many individual leaders and her teams to bring the best out of them.
She has a supportive nature and knows how to prioritise the needs of others in order to create a safe environment for them to explore their dreams and fears. When coaching Pascale does not hesitate to talk about the ‘elephant in the room’ in a progressive and gentle manner, to ensure that there are no unturned stones and that everyone leaves the session at peace with themselves and others.
Pascale says: “At Silver Line, there is no corporate hierarchy. We each have a set of skills and experience and we complement each other perfectly. We share the same passion to help others to discover themselves and to grow in order to lead a more meaningful life.”
Jaco Fourie
Jaco Fourie is an executive coach that is passionate about facilitating systemic change in our organisations, communities and country.
He was exposed to team culture and high performing environments from an early age through sport, playing Field Hockey for the South African National Team. For the last 10 years he has been working with c-suit and senior leaders on enabling them to lead high performing teams, as well as train and mentor change agents, coaches and facilitators to do the same.

Puno Selesho
Puno Selesho is an executive coach, poet and entrepreneur.
Her approach is to use the power of language, listening and learning, coupled with creativity, to equip her clients with tools to grow beyond the coaching room. For the last 5 years Puno has impacted the lives of individuals and groups within the corporate setting on how to be authentic and resourceful as a leader.
Puno uplifts, inspires and breathes hope into the world through helping people remove the obstacles that obstruct their path of growth and living their full potential.

Nico Fourie
Nico Fourie is an executive coach and high-performance team coach.
For the last 14 years he has been creating spaces to facilitate conversations that help people to connect to that which is most important to them. He works with c-suites and executive clients and their teams. Nico forms very strong partnerships with his clients. Together they imagine a world to wake up inspired and do work that is fulfilling to make a difference.
Nico’s passion is to create spaces that serve as a catalyst for transformational growth.
Nico says: “I believe that we were born in order to live. No one should be stuck in the stress of just trying to survive”.
Anathi Pefile
Anathi Pefile is an executive coach with over 10 years’ experience in leading and delivering meaningful leadership and people development programmes across a wide range of industries.
As a coach he creates and holds safe spaces for individuals and teams to engage in meaningful ways that create high levels of trust. He has worked as a coach for an international social impact organisation and was their Head of People Development for 7 years.
Anathi’s strengths lie in being able to engage with diverse groups and unlocking the potential of individuals and teams to be more effective in their organisations.
Anathi says: “Innovation requires an appetite for continuous improvement. Improvement requires the ability to embrace change”.
